Introducing Our New Unified Parent & Student Portal

For the upcoming school year, The Regent Academy is excited to introduce a new, unified online portal powered by QuickSchools. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to serving our families with clarity, excellence, and good stewardship.

What’s Changing?

Beginning this school year, all families will use one single portal for:

  • Applications and enrollment
  • Tuition and payments
  • Grades and academic reporting
  • Class communication and announcements

Parents and students will each have one login, providing access to everything they need in one place.

Simplified Payments

One of the biggest improvements is billing.
Instead of paying individual teachers for each class, families will now make one consolidated payment that covers all enrolled classes. This simplifies recordkeeping, improves transparency, and allows our teachers to focus fully on instruction rather than administration.

Why We’re Making This Change

As The Regent Academy continues to grow, we believe a unified system will:
